Managers are like Choreographers – Vision to the Mission

The job of a Choreographer is to create new dances in accordance with the Song. They just dream the song and set the dance steps perfectly matched with the environment, song and the pair. She direct the actors to do the steps what she has imagined. It is a process of a continuous thinking as to how to implement the rhythm.

Managers are like the Choreographers. To them, one of the prime job is to think and think. To generate new ideas and implement those in a well built channel so that dream could become reality. For both of them, the overall process is the strategy (the long run). While implementing the thought small tricks, steps, move are to take. These are the tactics (short run decisions).

The Managers took steps to manage the team, diversified decisions, work allocations and so on similar to the Choreographers (choosing steps, movements, expressions) while implementing the ideas.
