Installing Remote Admin to Mobile phones

Will there be any advantage of having remote admin software to the mobile phones like computers? This idea has popped up in my mind few days back. Since then I have tried a lot to jot down the possible advantages of having that. I doubt whether there exists any softwares at present days …. perhaps research might be going on.

1. Will the software be able to transfer charges from one mobile to another, in case battery gone down?
2. File, image, video transfer without a help of bluetooth and/or gprs from one handset to another?
    Thus cost effective.
3. Lesser service centres on part of the mobile phone companies as services will be done (software related) through remote admin …. A cost effective measure again.

Any suggestions will be highly appreciated.
